The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was geeat. The room was clean. The A/C worked really good.

The price was right/clean! Staff were great, hotel atmosphere was great. It must have had partygoers because doors slammed till 2AM. Then not sure but some alarm was continuously going off in another room for hours! Annoying! So not a restful night.

Every front desk staff were so great and helpful! There was a bartender at the oasis that gave me her personal number so she could prepare food for me while I was in Sheridan working in the ER! Clean room and comfy bed!

Breakfast is not included. We went to the on-site restaurant but the buffet was not open. My husband and I ordered scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and potatoes with rye toast. We got a breakfast sandwich, bacon, potatoes and rye toast, my sister ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and specifically asked if it was a sausage patty and was told yes but the sandwich came with no sausage, waitress took it back and when she returned out had a sausage link cut up on it! She ended up having to take it apart because the sausage kept falling out!

we did not stay at this hotel and still was charged for it. I would like to get my refund promplty. i have a picture on my phone showing we did not get charged or stayed. Still was charged on my credit card. i am getting in touch with my c/c company to refuse the charge

Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable! My room was obviously remodeled recently. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is older, and remodeling is evident. Lobby a little run down, the hotel is older, and remodeling is evident. Lobby a little run down. But overall stay was great for the price.

Well the first room was nice that we had booked.It was great I was satisfied until started to look around and there were towels hanging up a belt hanging up in the closet looked like someone laid on the bed. So went down to front told them and showed pictures cause she didnt believe me so I asked for the same exact room cause she said oh someone is already in there is a double queen fine. I said fine just because me and my wife just drove 14 hrs and wanted to rest. And that room was disgusting and horrible no discount or nothing since I had booked a king suite. Never staying there again

The night auditor Nick was so kind and knew exactly how to help me with a reservation my husband messed up of course. Nick ran circles around the manager and 2 other front desk clerks. All 3 of them could not fix one easy reservation. But Nick, he was thrown into my mess by all 3 clerks. He had me set up in 5 minutes, gave me free breakfast and a discount. This man needs a raise. Also Britain in the Greenery was so kind also. What a smile this early in the morning. Thank you ick and Britain, I may stay another day.
